Who am I ?

I am a Personal trainer since 12 years, i ve worked with athletes, semi-athletes, and beginners. I m working with kids from 2 years old to seniors of 80 years old. 

I am specialized in Calisthenics and functional training.

I opened  2 Fitness Studios and 1 dance school in my country.

But my will to teach and improve motivated me to  create an app , to share my workouts, teach my knowledge and share my passion with as many people possible.
